I began the 10-week “New Body Club” program on 12th February and by the finish date of 23rd April I had lost 8kg and over 25cm’s in total from various parts of my body.

I am a very happy lady, as this program, with George’s inspiring leadership, has encouraged me to look differently at food and at exercise, in particular in a gym.

During the program we each had 5 one hour Personal Training Sessions with George, one a fortnight.  During each of these George designed a complete new set of exercises tailor made to suit our individual body type and personal goals. These were very challenging but had the desired result at the end of the fortnight!

These computerised exercise sheets became our personal property along with others that we have had done for us as gym members so that I now have quite a number from which to choose, depending on how much time I have to spend each session or which part of my body I want to work on.
As they are complete with pictures I find them very helpful and self-explanatory.

Each Monday evening we met together for a nutritional talk by George. I found these times to be invaluable as the information he gave us has led me to change my thinking about food, dieting and exercise!

This has been the best value for money ($200) I have even spent!

I can whole heartedly recommend New Body Club to anyone wanting to shape up and take control of their eating habits.

Personal training is the key to a happier healthier you, and I personally recommend George Pepperell as a Personal Trainer. He has a “you can do it” attitude that gives you confidence to keep going when you would otherwise give up.
